Some decisions are tough to make. Gabrielle Peleras two time KIF Player of the Year verbally committed to play at College of Southern Idaho the No. 1 ranked Womens Volleyball JUCO in the nation only to get a late offer from The University of Illinois Springfield, a DII team in Abe Lincoln country with a need for her talents.

In less than 3 days Gabrielle needed to make a decision and arrive on campus ready to play. Heavy research was done to see if this college was the RIGHT FIT for her. With her experiences with Ike Loa (plug 😉) the process was not new to her. She was able to find that this college had her exact field of study. Location was a minor concern but tolerable. The full scholarship with her field of study outweighed it. She found the right fit and was excited. She needed to rescind her offer to CSI and accept her new offer to UIS. Congratulations Gabrielle!
